Peanut Butter Iced Coffee Recipe
A creamy and refreshing drink made with peanut butter, coffee and non-dairy creamer.

- 5 ounces cold coffee
- 5 ounces French Vanilla coffee creamer
- 2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons peanut powder
- chocolate syrup, I used Hershey's
- whipped cream, I used Reddi Whip
- rainbow sprinkles
- ice
Instructions
- In a blender, add the cold coffee, French vanilla Coffee Creamer, smooth peanut butter, and peanut powder. Blend until the mixture is smooth and incorporated.5 ounces cold coffee, 5 ounces French Vanilla coffee creamer, 2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter, 2 tablespoons peanut powder
- Put some chocolate syrup on a flat plate. Dip the rim of the glass in the chocolate. Stand the glass upright. Dip the frother into the chocolate. Place the frother into the glass and press to spin to make the decoration. Repeat 3 or 4 more times to decorate the glass.chocolate syrup, I used Hershey's
