In a blender, add the cold coffee, French vanilla Coffee Creamer, smooth peanut butter, and peanut powder. Blend until the mixture is smooth and incorporated.
Put some chocolate syrup on a flat plate. Dip the rim of the glass in the chocolate. Stand the glass upright. Dip the frother into the chocolate. Place the frother into the glass and press to spin to make the decoration. Repeat 3 or 4 more times to decorate the glass.

Gently add ice to the glass and pour the coffee mixture over the ice. Top with whipped cream, a drizzle of chocolate syrup, and rainbow sprinkles.
