Granulated Sugar

Fresh Raspberries
Instructions
In a medium saucepan over medium head combine all ingredients.
Stir until the sugar is melted and the raspberries begin to break down.
Gently mash raspberries. Bring mixture to a gentle boil and boil for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool before straining into a glass jar. Refrigerate until ready to use.

This raspberry simple syrup will keep up to one week in the refrigerator.
