Place the whole butterfly pea flowers in a steeping spoon. Place the steeping spoon into the boiling water and allow butterfly pea flowers to steep until the water has cooled to the touch. Refrigerate until ready to use.
1 tablespoon Whole Butterfly Pea Flowers, 1 cup Boiling Water
Make the Butterfly Pea Flower Lemonade
Add 6 ounces of lemonade to an 8-ounce glass. Pour 2 ounces of butterfly pea flower tea on top of the lemonade. Stir before sipping.
